1991 - Fab Lab, Inc. started with 1,000 sq ft at a St. Louis County sponsored small business incubator. From the beginning, our customers gravitated toward our ability to machine more complex, close tolerance components.

1992 - We graduated from the incubator into 4,700 sq ft of leased space. At that time, mechanical design was added to our repertoire. This service attracted new customers interested in a single source for design, prototype, test and the production machining and assembly of their custom products.

2002 - Following three additional facility expansions based on continous significant growth, we realized a major milestone by moving to our current location, a 40,000 sq. ft. custom built state of the art manufacturing facility.

2005 - To fulfill our customers' growing expectations, Fab Lab began operating 24 hours a day, five days a week and added our 50th full time associate.

2007 - As part of Tech Investments, an important resource for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Fab Lab LLC properly positions itself for extraordinary growth.

2008 - With this new year:
         - We have increased our machine capacity by 35% through acquisition.
         - Expanded our operation to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
         - Plan to fully implement a formal Lean Manufacturing Initiative
